Event: Women & Minority Sports Sales Symposium

I am reaching out because I wanted to share that we will be hosting a FREE ‘Women & Minority Sports Sales Symposium” for college students that are graduating in January 2019 or May 2019, who aspire to work in the sports industry.

 

The symposium will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. This is a complimentary event to the invited participants sponsored by the Cavaliers organization.  This will be an all-day event designed to provide, sales and business development training with the goal to contribute to the advancement of women and minorities in the sports industry. In addition to hearing from great speakers and panelist, the attendees will also participate in ticket sales training sessions, a networking lunch, and an opportunity to interview for our Organizational Business Development team.

 

We have extended the deadline to apply from 10/12 to 10/26. It is recommended that interested students apply as soon as possible, though, as space is limited.

 

We want to extend this event to students at Miami and hope you can assist in promoting to the appropriate students and provide me with some recommendations on who else I should share with on campus.

SLAM Majors: Miami University Sales Competition

You are cordially invited to participate in the Miami University Sales Competition, hosted by Pi Sigma Epsilon (PSE).  It will be held on Saturday, October 20th at 9:00 am in the Farmer School of Business Forsythe Commons.
At the end of the competition, there will be a casual networking reception with 10+ sponsoring companies that are looking to recruit students from this competition.
